Coaching Rates:

Pitching

Includes:

-Basic fundamentals of pitching and

-Advanced Pitching,(depending on the skill of pitcher):

Fast Ball

Drop Ball

Change Up

Curve Ball

Screw Ball

Rise Ball

A full hour session includes a quick the basic warm up for pitchers. After we introduce a number of different drills and skills that are specific to the student so they can improve their mechanics and technique as a pitcher.

Rates:

1 hour

Private Pitching Session - $30/hr

(4 sessions prepaid- $100)

Group Sessions = 4 girls $40

5 girls and up $50/hr

Team Session $50/hr

(Outside weather permitting.NOTE: If there is a gym practice I am able to take pitcher aside and give pitching instructions during your teams time.)

Hitting/Fielding:

Includes:

-Basic Fundamentals of Hitting and/or Fielding

-Different Hitting skills,(depending on the skill and type of the player):

Team Practice Sessions:

I am available for coaches who want would like to watch as I go through a fun, energetic practice that will have your girls coming back every week,. I have some great active drills that teach throwing, hitting, fielding while at the same time teaching the girls the proper mechanics and ball handling

1 hour Team Session $50/hr

I have been Coaching Pitching for 13 years, and fastpich for 9 years and I try to create a positive work environment  for my students, all the while making sure that they have fun.  I offer year round individual, team and small group lessons. I am comfortable teaching pitching mechanics as well as hitting and fielding mechanics to all ages and skills."
