Coaching Rates

Pitching:
Includes:
-Basic fundamentals of pitching and
-Advanced Pitching,(depending on the skill of pitcher):
Fast Ball
Drop Ball
Change Up
Curve Ball
Screw Ball
Rise Ball
A full hour session includes a quick the basic warm up for pitchers. After we introduce a number of different drills and skills that are specific to the student so they can improve their mechanics and technique as a pitcher.
Rate:
1 hour Private Pitching Session - $30/hr
(4 sessions - $100)
Group Sessions,(3-8 students)- $50/hr

(Outside weather permitted or if there is a gym available I could take pitcher aside and coach pitching lessons during your team practices.)

Hitting/Fielding:
Includes:
-Basic Fundamentals of Hitting and/or Fielding
-Different Hitting skills,(depending on the skill and type of the player):
Hitting
Bunting
Drag Bunt
Slap Bunt
...
-Fielder Specific Drills and Skills
In Field
Out Field
Catcher
A full hour session includes a quick and basic warm up. After we introduce a number of different drills and skills that are specific to the player so they can imporove their mechanics and technique as a hitter and or fielder.

1 hour Private Session - $30
Group Sessions,(3-8 students)- $50

Team Practice Sessions:
-For coaches who want would like to have any of these skills including throwing, pitching, hitting, fielding, ect, taught to the team during a regular practice.
